By booking a shipment with us, you agree to this policy. All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) Duplicate Payment — where you have been charged more than once for the same shipment; (b) Service Not Rendered — where we have failed to collect a booked shipment with no prior notice; (c) Confirmed Lost Shipment — where an investigation has confirmed your parcel was lost in transit and could not be recovered or replaced; (d) Significant Delay — where a shipment is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the confirmed delivery estimate due to causes within our control. Delivery clearance fees paid on behalf of customs authorities are non-refundable once submitted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) delivery clearance fees, import duties, and taxes paid to customs authorities; (b) shipments that have already been collected and are in transit; (c) charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer; (d) delays caused by customs holds, adverse weather, strikes, or other force majeure events; (e) refused shipments at destination due to prohibited or restricted contents declared by the customer; and (f) insurance premiums once a claim has been processed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of the incident at globallogisticspro393@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Tracking Number]". Please include: your full name and contact details, your tracking number, proof of payment, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage, delivery receipts). Incomplete requests may result in delays.
5. Processing Time
Upon receiving a complete refund request, our team will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and commence an investigation. Refund decisions are typically communicated within 7–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Partial Refunds
In some circumstances, a partial refund may be offered — for example, where a service was partially rendered (e.g., collection and initial transit completed but delivery failed). The amount refunded will reflect the proportion of service not delivered. Our team will provide a full explanation in such cases.
7. Cancellations
Shipment cancellations can be made at no charge before the parcel has been collected by our team. Once collected, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the shipping cost may apply to cover handling and administrative costs. If the shipment is already in transit, cancellation may not be possible and the full shipping cost is non-refundable. 8. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must: (a) note the damage with the delivery driver at the time of delivery; (b) photograph the damaged packaging and contents; and (c) contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your tracking number. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. Compensation for damaged goods is subject to the insurance coverage applicable to your shipment.
9. Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are issued in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). For payments made in other currencies, refunds are subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of the original transaction. globallogisticspro393 is not responsible for any currency exchange losses incurred.
