2. Services
globallogisticspro393 provides international and domestic logistics services including, but not limited to, express delivery, cargo handling, air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and shipment tracking. All services are subject to availability and may vary by destination. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
3. Bookings and Orders
All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, or phone). Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our team. Prices quoted are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing due to fluctuations in fuel surcharges, exchange rates, or carrier costs, with prior notice to the customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is solely responsible for: (a) ensuring all goods tendered for shipment are accurately described and correctly packaged; (b) providing complete and accurate consignee details; (c) complying with all applicable export/import regulations of the origin and destination countries; (d) obtaining any required permits, licences, or authorisations; and (e) paying all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. We accept no liability for delays or losses arising from the customer's failure to comply with these obligations.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment: illegal or controlled substances, firearms and ammunition, counterfeit goods, live animals (unless via specialist services), human remains, hazardous materials (unless declared and approved), perishable goods without prior arrangement, and any items prohibited under international law or the laws of the origin or destination country. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items.
6. Liability and Claims
Our liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the maximum coverage under the applicable insurance policy. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost shipments). Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs holds, weather events, or force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of globallogisticspro393 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
